These General Terms of Sale regulate the contractual relationships regarding purchases of goods and services on the website www.syform.ch.
The Customers of the website are natural persons of at least 18 years of age who act for purposes outside any business, commercial, professional or craft activity they may carry out.
The customer guarantees that the personal data provided during the registration procedure to the Website are accurate.
The customer undertakes to timely notify any change in such data and to verify that the email address indicated when signing in is still working properly. The login credentials to access the customer’s personal page of the website are personal and may not be assigned to any third party.
By sending an Order online, a Customer makes a firm offer to buy the products selected in the Cart, with express request of performance even without a prior acceptance.
The seller has the right to accept or not accept the offer, or to accept it in part, for less than the quantity indicated, by giving notice of the above within 30 days of the date of transmission of the Order, even to the email address indicated during the registration process.
The availability of the products is generally indicated on the website and updated as often as possible.
The parties consider this update period sufficient to ensure reliable information, but it is not possible to exclude that a product indicated as available at the time of the Order may not be actually assigned to that Order.
Under Legislative Decree 70 of 9 April 2003, we inform our Customers that in order to make their purchase offer, they will have to follow the cart procedure in Italian. Such procedure permits – before actually transmitting the order form – to detect and correct any error made when entering the data.
Once the purchase offer has been sent, the supplier, immediately after accepting the order, will send via email the General Terms of Sale and the "Order Registration Confirmation" (with a summary of the features of the product purchased, a detailed indication of the price and of the payment method used, of the delivery costs and of any additional costs. For consumers, information regarding the right of withdrawal will also be provided.
The prices published on the Website are stated in Euro and inclusive of VAT.
The Products purchased may be paid by the methods described in the website, in the cart procedure.
The types of credit cards accepted by the supplier will be specifically indicated in the page regarding payment methods.
In case of withdrawal or early termination of the agreement for any reason requiring the amount paid by credit card to be reaccredited, the supplier will request the release of the relevant amount to the issuer of the credit card. The time for such release depends solely on the issuer of the credit card.
Products are shipped to Customers only in the Italian territory (unless agreed otherwise in writing) at the ground floor of the building, at the address indicated during the purchase procedure and using a carrier chosen among those indicated in the website.
On receiving the goods, the customer must verify the integrity of the parcels and the conformity, in terms of quantity, with the indications contained in the accompanying document and in the “Order Confirmation” email.
In any case of irregularities, the Customer must report them on the copy of the transport document that remains with the Carrier and confirm them by a registered letter a.r. [with acknowledgment of receipt] or PEC [certified email] within 14 days of receiving the goods.
A customer who is a consumer is entitled to withdraw from the contract of purchase of the Product without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within a period of 5 working days of receiving the Product, except where customisation of any kind has been implemented. Saturdays are considered as holidays. If the above period expires on a holiday, it is extended to the first working day thereafter. A Customer who intends to exercise the right of withdrawal must notify the supplier thereof by an express declaration, which may be transmitted by a registered letter a.r. In case of exercise of the right of withdrawal, the CUSTOMER shall return the goods within 5 days of the date on which the CUSTOMER notified his or her intent to withdraw from the contract under art. 57, D.lgs 206/2005. The goods shall be reshipped to Via E. Barone, 7 - 31030 Dosson di Casier (Tv) - Italia. The goods must be returned intact, in their original packages, complete in all parts (including packaging and any documents and accessories). Except for the right to verify the compliance with the above requirements, the supplier shall refund the amount of the products involved in the withdrawal within the time limits under law. The costs for the return of the Product shall be borne by the customer, whereas the refund shall include the delivery expenses. The refund shall be made by means of a procedure of reversal of the transaction using the same payment methods as the one chosen by the customer upon the placement of the order.

All purchase contracts concluded on the Website are regulated by the Italian law.
The Courts of Pordenone will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute related to application, performance and interpretation of this contract. However, if the Customer acts as “consumer” the competent courts are those of the place where the customer lives or has chosen his or her domicile.
