Indications

Final Race can be used with benefit in all circumstances in which rapid and explosive energy is needed.

It can be taken 20 minutes before the exercise in short and intense effort (swimming, sprinting), and in the middle or the last half hour of any sports activity lasting at least 1 hour.

Take a 50 ml single-dose 20 minutes before the effort, or halfway through it, if possible accompanying it with half a glass of water.

Properties

Final Race is an innovative energy gel suitable for athletes and sports people who endure particularly intense periods of training; it reduces fatigue, counteracts lactate formation and acts when the available energy is about to end.

It is ideal for tackling the final sprint as it rapidly delivers explosive energy.

It contains:

  • Fructose 1,6-bisphosphate: also known as “exo-phosphine”, it is historically employed to recover energy after the effort. This compound is rich in phosphorus, which is highly energetic and readily available, and has a twofold effect:

    a) It buffers pH lowering during lactacid exercise;

    b) It increases the availability of highly energetic compounds (2,3 glycerol bi- and tri-phosphate - DPG) and facilitates oxygen use in peripheral muscle areas;

  • Acetyl-Carnitine: it is an acetylated form of carnitine. It spreads the fatty acids involved in the production of energy and improves neural activity during the effort;
  • Beta-Alanine: it is a precursor of carnosine, which has an important buffering function on muscle lactic acid and a precious antioxidant action. Thanks to these properties, it fights muscle fatigue;
  • Magnesium: it is an essential mineral to regulate muscle contraction and nerve impulse transmission.

The concentration of sugars is lower than that of any other Syform gel, precisely to make it more rapidly absorbable and lighter at the level of the gastrointestinal tract.
